Old Cape Cod is a song written by Claire Rothrock, Milton Yakus and Allan Jeffrey and recorded by Patti Page. It became a gold record, having sold more than a million copies. My arrangement of this beautiful, nostalgic tune is in the standard C6th lap steel tuning. The melody is harmonized in two and three-part harmony with the occasional single note run for contrast.
