Burt  Bacharach is considered one of the most important composers of 20th-century popular music. He arranged, conducted, and produced much of his recorded output and his style is unique and distinctive  in the genre of pop music. With vocals by the incomparable Dionne Warwick, “Walk on By” was recorded at Bell Sound Studios in New York City at the same session that featured “Anyone Who Had a Heart“.

This arrangement for 6-string lap steel, is different than other versions in my books. It’s in the key of Ab. Enjoy!
