Witchcraft was composed in 1957 by jazz pianist Cy Coleman with lyrics by Carolyn Leigh. Frank Sinatra recorded the song three times and it’s also been covered by many other vocal and instrumental artists, having now achieved standard tune status.  For steel guitarists, pedal steel legend Buddy Emmons’ version on his landmark 1963 LP, Steel Guitar Jazz is definitive. My C6th lap steel arrangement pays homage to Emmon’s classic recording.
